Session #1: Wednesdays 10/16-12/11 from 7:10am-7:50am
Session #2: 1/15- 3/12 from 7:10am-7:50am
*Participants are welcome to sign up for both sessions, but may be limited to one session dependent on interest. If more than 20 participants enroll, participants will be chosen randomly.
Where: Fitness Room #G109
Why: Athletic Development is intended for middle school students who are looking for an additional workout each week. Participants will use heart rate monitors to track progress towards fitness goals. Students should arrive dressed appropriately for 30 minutes of sweat. Access to the locker rooms will begin at 7:45 so students can be dressed and ready for the day.
